Judging Criteria
Submissions are evaluated by a prestigious, carefully recruited panel of judges drawn from accomplished undergraduates, graduate students, post‑graduate researchers, and select high‑school scholars. The board brings diverse disciplinary expertise and uses a standardized rubric and blind review process to ensure fairness, rigor, and a consensus‑based selection of finalists.

Awards & Structure
All submissions are reviewed by the board of judges. A shortlist of Top 10 finalists will be awarded. Awards include top placements (1st, 2nd, and 3rd), finalist recognition, participation certificates, and the Top 10 will be featured on our website.

Students may use AI tools for initial idea generation and draft creation, but final submissions must reflect the student's original thoughts and revisions. Any ideas, concepts, or text developed with the assistance of an AI tool must be clearly cited in your submissions. Submitting AI-generated content, even if paraphrased, as your own original work is considered plagiarism and will result in academic penalties.
